Hi. My name is Wise.

I've always wanted a hobby that wasn't reading or wood-crafting and it always seemed like photography was one of those hobbies I could conceivably take up without losing my mind. But damn if those fancy DSLR cameras don't cost a crap load of money.

Well good fortune hit and I purchased a Nikon D7000. Did I mention I've never even owned a point-n-click camera? So this journey will be me trying to learn how to use a $1500 camera totally winging it and the wack (but eventually dope) photos I'll post here.
